1. Who we are
SkyGlo is a trading name of Evergen Power Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We're the data controller for everything you give us on this website and during your quote process.
2. What data we collect
From the quote form: postcode, property type, roof type, name, email, optional phone, optional preferences.
From the website: standard analytics (page views, source, device type). No personal identifiers in analytics.
From the call: notes on your roof, your bills, your goals, so we can prepare an accurate quote.
3. Why we collect it
- To book and prepare your quote call
- To send your quote
- To stay in touch about your install (if you proceed)
- To improve the site and the service
4. How long we keep it
- Quote enquiries: 24 months from last contact.
- Customers: lifetime of the system (warranty obligation).
- Analytics: 14 months.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell data. Full stop.
We share with: our payment processor, our cloud infrastructure (UK/EU hosting), and MCS for certificates if you install. That's it.
