Plain English, no surprises. Last updated: 21 May 2026.
These terms cover your use of skyglo.co.uk and any quote process started through it. SkyGlo is a trading name of Evergen Power Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
You can browse, request a quote, and read our content for personal, non-commercial use. Don't scrape, copy or republish our content without written permission. Don't use the site to do anything illegal or to interfere with how it works for other people.
A quote we email you is an offer, not a contract. You're not committed to anything until you sign a separate installation contract.
Once you sign, the installation contract takes over. These website terms still cover anything not specifically dealt with in the install contract.
We don't publish prices on the website. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date on the quote. After 30 days we may re-quote based on current equipment costs.
You have 14 days from signing to cancel without penalty. After 14 days, the cancellation terms in the installation contract apply.
We pass through manufacturer warranties for all equipment. Installation workmanship is covered for 2 years. We provide the MCS certificate you'll need to apply for SEG with your chosen energy supplier.
We're responsible for what we do, but not for things genuinely outside our reasonable control (extreme weather, grid failures, third-party supplier failures). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. We carry full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when. Material changes are notified by email to active customers.
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
